
Ingredients:
- 1 cantaloupe, peeled seeded, and sliced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
In a microwave safe bowl mix together butter and honey. Microwave 30 seconds at a time until melted.
Mix in chopped mint. Bast cantaloupe
Grill on medium 5-7 minutes flipping halfway through.
