Dried cranberries

Full disclosure: I actually don’t care much for cranberries. 😳 I saw these babies at the farmer’s market and couldn’t resist. They were so fresh and pretty! I thought about using them for salads which I know is very common! So….first up was to dry some out.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh cranberries, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Toss the halved cranberries in the maple syrup. Spread onto parchment lined baking sheets. Place in oven for 3-4 hours.

That’s it!!
