Easy Shredded Chicken Taco Meat

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 prepared salsa
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°.
  2. In a large Dutch oven, mix together broth, salsa, and spices. Add chicken breasts to mixture. Cover and place in preheated oven for 90 minutes.
  3. Removed from oven. Using two forks, shred chicken.
  4. Serve with favorite taco shells and toppings. Enjoy!
