
Ingredients:
- 14 oz uncooked short cut pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) no-salt-added diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickle
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon steak seasoning
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Chopped green onions, optional
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions in salted boiling water. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat. Season with steak seasoning and seasoning salt. Cook until meat is no longer pink. Stir in the tomatoes, pickles, mustard, and ketchup.
- Drain pasta; add to meat. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese. Remove from the heat; cover and let stand until cheese is melted. Garnish with green onions if desired.
