Grilled cantaloup
Ingredients: 1 cantaloupe, peeled seeded, and sliced 1/4 cup unsalted butter 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves In a microwave safe bowl mix together butter and honey. Microwave 30 seconds at a time until melted. Mix in chopped mint. Bast cantaloupe Grill on medium 5-7 minutes flipping halfway through.
Brined pork chops
Ingredients: 4 cups water 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup salt 2 Tbsp peppercorns 2 bay leaves 2 garlic cloves, smashed Pour salt and sugar in water and mix until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients.
