

Ingredients:
- 3 cups diced mango
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/3 cup golden raisins
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp ginger root, grated
- 3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan. Set over medium-low heat and cook, covered, for 30 minutes. Store in a sealed container.
