Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Ghee or olive oil
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb green beans, washed and trimmed
- Kosher salt and ground black pepper
Directions:
- In a large skillet, heat the ghee over medium-low heat. Add the onions and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Add the garlic and continue to cook for two minutes.
- Increase the heat to medium and add the green beans. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook, tossing frequently to make sure they cook evenly, until tender, 6-8 minutes.
