
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups green beans, trimmed & halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-2 Tbsp fresh oregano leaves, roughly chopped
- Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Add green beans, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Check for tenderness, the goal is crisp-tender.
