Garlic and Oregano Green Beans

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups green beans, trimmed & halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-2 Tbsp fresh oregano leaves, roughly chopped
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add green beans, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Check for tenderness, the goal is crisp-tender.
