Brined pork chops
Ingredients: 4 cups water 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup salt 2 Tbsp peppercorns 2 bay leaves 2 garlic cloves, smashed Pour salt and sugar in water and mix until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients.
