
Ingredients:
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 jalapeño, seeded and diced
- 1 handful fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Kosher salt and ground black pepper
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Serve fresh on tacos or with chips!
