Roasted Tomatillo Salsa Verde

Ingredients: 6 medium tomatillos, husk removed and rinsed 1 large jalapeño 2 garlic cloves, unpeeled 1/2 cup chicken, beef or vegetable stock 1 tsp salt Large handful of cilantro 1 lime, juiced Directions: 1.
